The Economic Opportunity Program (EOP) is a Community Action Agency serving Chemung and Schuyler Counties. With programs such as Head Start, Literacy Volunteers, The Ernie Davis Community Center, and OPWDD we are sure there is something EOP can do for you.

The vision of the Child Care Council is “Universal Quality Child Care”. The Child Care Council provides services for Parents, Child Care Providers/Programs & Community/Employers.
In the Food Bank's six-county service area, over 50% of children are eligible for free and reduced-priced meals at school. With the school year ending, many children in the Southern Tier who rely on these meals will soon be without access to in-school meal service for the summer.This is where the Summer Food Service Program steps in to the help fill this gap. Children and teens 18 years and under are welcome at open meal sites and can eat a free, nutritious meal or snack. There is no registration or paperwork required.

All of their calls are free and confidential.
ROR is an American nonprofit organization that advocates for childhood literacy. ROR was founded in 1989 at Boston City Hospital, and was based on the premise to "encourage parents to read regularly to their children and give them the tools (the books) to do so." The Program was created as a solution to the growing literacy problem in the United States.
